Can I cancel or change plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (you're only charged the difference); downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the period you've paid for. Manage everything self-service from Billing.
What does “unlimited” generation mean?
Generate, check, and update as many policies as your business needs — there's no per-policy charge and no usage meter to watch. A fair-use policy (see our Terms) protects the service from automated abuse; no ordinary business comes anywhere near it.
Where is my data held?
In the UK. PolicyMind is built for UK businesses: UK-hosted infrastructure, UK GDPR terms, and policies grounded in UK regulation.
What happens to my documents if I downgrade?
They stay yours. You keep read access and can export everything; editing and generating new content resume when you're back on a paid plan.
